I can't make Terrys far away spin, so gonna do one from lambs instead. Might do the Tuesday loop, so anyone that's thinking of doing Tuesdays but doesn't know the way, then do come along! Sure even if you know the loop, come along anyway!

That was mega, was completely spent by the time I got back to the car. Wrist is a little hurty but could've been worse. I'd say I'd need to be leaving at 6pm to have any chance of stayin ahead of the lads on a Tuesday but it's a great loop and if I can get out of a Tuesday I'll be all over it. Thanks gang, great day
It was a great spin. Glad I didn't use the granny ring from tick nock on. 40 km felt great except for my back. In a heap now. Not even funny. Had a great day out with you all thanks a million.
Well that was great, 60km by the time I got home so treated myself to 4 desserts after dinner. Fantastic day, I now have the stupid cyclist tan/burn!
Think Aurelien had some wine in his bottle and escargot as a snack, we are all fluent in French now.
