Tuesday - lambs 6:30 - training the Tuesday loop
Time for me to get back out on the Tues training sessions.Plus on Thursday at the club race I was threatened by Alfie to turn up!!!!

OK fatboy here is going early but am a little vague on the newer parts of the route so when you catch up to me if I look lost please take pity and point me in the right direction :)
that was pure hell,suffered from the very start,no go in my legs,went straight on at Freds Field,had enough at that stage.Roll on Thursday!!
Great evening for it. Sunny, cool (cold?) breeze, dry trails and Erica and Gary to show me the way. Now for the roller of pain...
Ben and myself left at 6.17 and took it handy until we hit the waterbars. Then it was balls out. Felt good and kept him in my sights. Back brake was fooked and I dropped a chain at legends. But other than that it was toll free. We reckoned the lads would get us by foxes but no joy. So happy days I even enjoyed the last horrible bit. "Nightmare track" I think it's called. Thanks for waiting Ben your a savage for sure.

What a great night for a spin
Like Terry said took it handy till the water bars and then the pace started, we passed Erica and Gary at the end of Legends and from there it just goes up for what feels like forever even Bag of Chips felt like it was going up.
Got to Fred's and Terry was still hanging in there. Shizel and then Dreamtrack and back to lambs and we didn't get caught so happy with that.
