That was rough. Hung around the back for three hours. When Alfie says hard he means hard

Yeah mega hard spin we went from enniskery up the road to knockree, along the river up through crone car park, ride rock and down to the river, up the other side over djouce down the boardwalks into ballinastoe via the blast course, through the trail centre to the pog back out round the trail centre down through the car park and out the road to djouce quick lap of the nps course then down benchcut and out through powers court gardens
I don't use a Garmin but I'd say it was about 40k hard on the climbs and flat out on the descents
Deadly
Trails bone dry and dusty weather perfect just a bit of wind
And the coffee is unreal in Kennedy's to perk you up for the drive home
Great gang out

I rolled out later ,very slow pace. When I saw Robin's jeep next to Terry's car ,I laughed to myself. Poor Terry!

Ha you should have been there. You would have laughed even more when Robin asked me if I was alright.
