Big bike spin, not XC! Tip top of trooperstown, New link trail from forest to river, up to paddock, over to Brockagh, new loopers trail to gulley, up to ewoks, down half way, fireroad to dig and ride, down to Glendo and up to Martins trail! Steady up, full gas down!

Cheers Steve, I like the sound of this! Really looking forward to it even if it'll be on the hardtail.
This spin has about 1,200 mtrs of climbing, 30 k, has a few jumps and super steep stuff and will take about 4 hours, its not a social spin, its my Enduro training spin. It's a savage loop with cracking views, if people feel they're up for it come along but I need to keep it moving fairly steadily. Another thing, if in doubt, style it out.............!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In Cork Sunday, but Mal and Alan should join you!!!!
Nice one Steve.. need to get some serious biking in before the next few Enduro races coming up, can't be going soft after the EWS..
I'll give it a go.
Hey Steve Sounds good. See you in the morning
I'll be there too. Will be good training for Gravity Enduro Balinastoe.
Loved that, thanks for coming folks, I love that loop cos it's like an Enduro only tougher! As I say, I give 100% on the technical sections and steady on the on the climbs, I need to be flat out for 2 to 8 mins to be Enduro ready which makes my training a bit different than the xc people. Some climb to start with up to Trooperstown Hill, everyone was flying, I'd love to get a skills session on some of the stuff to improve the club's jumping skills. Great day, ice cream time now!
That was fantastic. Thanks a mill Steve. Yeah sign me up for a skills session. The last two trails were amazing.
