I'd like to make a return to actually going on a spin with Epic but the thoughts of murdering my unfit ass around the Tuesday loop are not exactly doing it for me....

Only one way to get fit...

My first taste of Tuesday loop and well ... that was proper wet. Dressed light as it was so sunny at the start and I really though the good weather will hold. Was freezing at the end.

Didn't really know the route so was following Quentin from the start. Got passed by Chris, Colm and Ben over water bars. Then we stopped for a minute after Legends DH hiding under the tree to skip heavy rain and was caught by Alfie, Max and JD. Had a stupid idea to try to hold on to those fast lads. Not for long! Luckily took a short cut to skip the bog and I bumped into Colm and Ben who I followed all the way down to tarmac road. Dropped back again just before Johnnie Foxes on the steep climb. Didn't know the route to the masts so followed the road to Stepaside and back to Lambs.

Great route and will definitely do it again! Hopefully I'll be able to do the full loop next time.
