Unbelievable spin with a great bunch! We even picked up enduro Adrian on our way! Threerock is riding deadly. Did loads of stuff I don't think I've ever riden before. Caroline has her mojo back :) great to be back out with the sat gang

what a spin, probably one of the best spins I've ever been on! riding everything. Waterbars - waterschmars. Everyone was riding DEADLY, Terry is buying knee pads (and should probably give them to me - as I 'bust up' me knee!)

Saturday crew reunion, Flippin deadly! Garmin read 4hr57 by the time I got home, was tempted to do a few laps around the block just to make the 5 but was way too hungry. There was high 5s before we even started,just to get warmed up, and something for everyone on that spin, lots of ups and lots of downs! Harri is the new legend of the water bars, not a dab in sight, Iomair must be secret training, flying up the climbs and back down again. Adrian K did a full spin before he even met us, and energiser bunny Terry went off for another one after, must be trying to burn off that quarter stone :) its all in the beard T! Fair play to Caroline, the mojo is back!

Great spin. Thanks Harri for leading. It's amazing how after so many spins up Three Rock you can still ride totally new trails. Deadly.

Tried to find you but you were either a pedal ahead or behind I don't know, never saw a glimpse of anyone!
Bumped into Ross McClure at the masts though, good to see him back on the MTB!

Meant to say actually it wasn't the downy bits I was delighted with - it was the drops I was pleased with - hence the woop
