Jaysus - that's a crack team out on this spin. I'll be out that way this eve training for Sunday but don't wanna hold ye up. What route are youse going & I'll go off that way before you (greyhound catch the hare n all dat)

Here is the plan not sure I know all the trail names but I know where I'm going,

Kilmashougue, shizzel, Masts, top metro, Fergal's trail, Phil's secret training ground that brings you out at Freds field,fairy castle, wokas, legends, massey's, road home.

Punctured. Will fix it & go up to 3 rock direct (as wont make it over to kilmashogue start on time). Might bump into ye on route & tag along for a bit

Nice one lads. Was like summer at the start but once the sun went down was a bit chilly
Good old spin up and over 3Rock with dry trails.
And nice to finish off down Legends with the night lights on as it was very dark.

Good spin lads and a new trail discovered... well new to me!
I think that's the last of the training spins for a while.

Great spin tonight non stop xc action ya can't beat it, more or less to plan just skipped Masseys great evening little chilli at the the top. Trails in deadly nick hadn't been on legends in ages. Buzzing after that thanks lads

Got stuck on work so headed up on my own, met vinny fitz and had a good rip round with him
