Hi folks get on this for the last week of the route. .. Xc, enduro mashup, roo's rip. Lights a go go. Can't wait now feeling myself again and I do feel good has to be said.

What a night, Mick, Colm, Dave M. Steo, devine Dave and I even made it... I'm telling you that's a brilliant route, fast and gnarly, there was danger mixed with joy... I'm wolfing the fridge outofit, that's a word in my gaff. Thanks lads for your support on these spins. I'm working on a new route, we may do that one just one more time for Bon's sake on the new 29 er hardtail , to be unveiled...

Three pieces of chicken, a mountain of mash, broccoli; followed by some Cheerios and now a beer - yes it was that sort of spin. Great craic, nice trails and some debate over what trails we'll be on next week. Apparently, Mick gets the veto on what we do. I heard him muttering something about only doing trails with uplifts so it could be dodge the skiers next week. Cheers lads.

That was a terrific “steamy” spin with Roo and the gang tonight.
Up, around and across with lots of challenges and hair-raising moments. We all made it back home in one piece. A great night overall.

Spin of the decade except for some fool that managed to get 2 punctures (thanks for the tube Dave). Also looking forward to next week but there's still no fecking way I'm going up Kilmashogue (just in case I didn't make that clear last night !)
