Im doing a steady road spin Sat morning, about 90km at around an avg 27km/hr, leaving home at 9.30am heading on a flat route, strawberry beds, Clane, maynooth & home via royal c****.

Decided to keep Colm company this morning great morning for it lovely and warm little or no wind! Steady 70 odd km between Meath Kildare and Dublin and home by lunch. I'll be up for more of this over the winter. Thanks Colm
