A bit of fun around Ballinastoe after the AGM, beginner and hangover friendly. Pog, Bon and Roo's gully, jacksons bridge, big vinnie, all the old school stuff and a bit of the Enduro trails. Come along for some fun and hangover coffee at the Biking.ie hut.

Makes more sense to do this after the AGM Pizza party instead of my big spin due to bodys intolerance of alcohol!
Great idea Stevo, though I reckon i'd still be over the drink drive limit the next day!

I'm in , hope ur all really really hungover so I appear magically fit after my absence ; ).
I'm gonna say yes now as it's 7.30pm on the Monday prior however come Friday at midnight I'll prob turn back into a peasant and my bike will turn into a pumpkin so I'll see what the fairy godmother can do for me.
Crap just remembered this morn when I work Friday eves I've to stay until 12.30 next day so won't make this. Out Thursday eve & Sunday at some stage if anyone else needs a get fit again quick spin ; )
