Going to try my best to make but if the m50 is bad I'll turn around so don't be waiting at lambs for me!!

Crack squad out for the spin last night trails in great shape not windy on the lambs side of the hill either and nice and mild too,conditions almost perfect you could say!
Great route with a mix of everything a few spills and thrills
Big tree down at the top of sizzle and a few trees down on the lower metro

Great night on the the bike, not windy at all once you got up. Cycling up to lambs was a different story!! Covered most of three rock. Trees down everywhere, upper metro, lower metro etc. all in all a great night on the bike cheers lads.

The most dangerous part was cycling past the Blue Light.

Great craic last night taught it would be a disaster but it was great no traffic on the way over trails in great nick, no wind on the sheltered side of the mountain great crew out you couldn't beat it! Took off a little early with a softish tire that I taught would burp or puncher so I got back before I had to fix it.
