Beginner Enduro Spin Sat 19th Ballinastoe 10 0'clock

So xc and cx people, it's winter time and it's all about base miles and fun technical stuff for me, no sprinting down the side of a cliff till next year! Alfie, Niall, Jon and young Harry done this route with me a while back, its great fun on all the off piste stuff. Get away from playing on mucky grass and come have some real fun cxers. Newbies, if your not sure your up for this just ask cos Terry will know your standard. If any one wants me to help them with tecnique or need some help just ask on the day. Lets Enduro everyone....

Woo hoo yay I get to really test out my new full face helmet!!!!!! This just made my day! Nice one Mr Enduro cannot wait : ).

Xmas party Friday so I'm out but get involved love the ballinastoe enduro stuff next time

I haven't been able to get out on a spin for the last few weeks. I really hope to make this.
