Thanks Caroline - great spin this morning - tough going at times! John did great - but should really try using his pedals on those steep descents! Feet out might look good but can't have been comfortable! Oz what did you do to upset Erica that she made you cycle home?

She was in a strop cause I wouldnt wash her bike

I told him he had to cycle home because he ate white bread! That was a great spin, i was banjoed on the first climb, but somehow managed to pull myself together.John did deadly, the 2 feet out not that drop definitely couldn't have been comfortable, but well held.
The wind blew Caroline over, Graham tried his best to land on top of her but luckily she had a narrow escape ��
