Very true, I could feel it coming on Friday but couldn't stay off the bike for the weekend! Another day or two I'll be back all going to plan.

Very nice (dry) evening for a spin. The puncture was unfortunate - thanks to Colm for his trail side assistance. Alfie's trail choice was questionable given that no one had remembered to bring their ice skates. Still, it made for exciting biking.
