The Lardy Buck's: Alternatively Sunday spin

Hi guys

I'm desperate to get back I to spins with the club but evenings and Saturdays are near impossible. Would there be any objection/ interest in a Sunday spin for rounder shaped slower persons not able to keep up with the fast folk?

I don't want to take away from the Sat spinners but I hardly ever am able to make that spin.
I'm out of action for another week or two Gary but will definitely join you in a few handy pace Sunday spins when I can get back on the bike.
I might be able to manage a Sunday spin now and then, trying to get back on the bike family commitments have me tied up.I will watch out for posts.
Saturday is impossible for me, will try and get on one of your Sunday spins, it is marginally better
"Lardy-Bucks" spins, great idea.

Can't always do Sunday, but will defy join you for a few if they're not too early.
Sounds Great - can I come even though I'm completely waif like ; ) ? I promise to break my non - eating daily plan just on that day so I have the energy ; ). But all jokes aside great plan Gary!
Love the name but I'm not really lardy....just weak lungs at the moment...can I still come?
Great, that's excellent, thanks for the nomenclature...very apt. All welcome regardless of circumference just pack a sense of humour if youre packing light elsewhere. I'll post spins and rough ideas of routes as we go. Probably start handy and build up distance as the fitness permits
Yep Gary, Sunday's often suit me much better than Saturdays, but of course that's all at the whim of herself!
Hi guys

Looking at a 10:30 start from Lambes. Was a suggestion not to make it too early so hopefully this isn't. Looking at playing around in three rock as I've forgotten what the place looks like. Most likely up the road, climb toms, take the new trail to the top of metro then some of the not so official trails until we get bored or tired and come home via turns ferry or dreamtrack.

Not the most inventive, but easy way to get back into the mix. Post if you're coming, I know there are a few other spins on, so whichever you chose, just get out there.
10.30 - now that's a proper start time Gary! Unfortunately I can't join you tomorrow as I promised to walk the wife - deffo next week!
Hey, most guys caught up elsewhere so I'm going to head out on the road and get some base miles in. Next week is the Charity spin in Ballinastoe so we'll try again in 2 weeks. I intend going out every Sunday I am in country so I'll post up as I go.
