Endurance Road Spin Saturday the 30th

Meeting 9:00am at Avoca in Rathcoole (car park).
Steady 80km at the same pace as last two spins, about 3,5h riding time.

Same rules apply, mudguards and self sufficiency mandatory.

Coffee and scones in Avoca afterwards, you can even do your grocery shopping and pick up a nice woolly scarf for your ma while you're at it!

Weather on Saturday will be a bit chilly, but the winds won't be as strong, so if you have a road or cx bike let's see you out on this spin.....

Ha! Just get Alfies bike out, it's a nice steady spin, no major climbs, flat roads, we'll even stop for a banana or energy bar half way through.....

Chris may even pull some skids, just for fun!

Max's buddy is going to meet us half way in his mobile coffee van, so let's see ya'll out on road bikes!
