Tuesday night spin @ 7:20

Right so the plan is for a tour of 3 rock. Lets keep a good pace going like we did last week. Shona, we should also have more potato stories, if we don't I might cry.

Right so Gav, the alarm will be off and only one red bull before this spin and sure even if I don't make 7:20 I'll see you guys back there at 9:30 :).

anyone coming on this that has as spare light? we may have a new recruit

That was good craic best non lap of kdm ever. Excuses a plenty and the hyper jellies that would make jelly snakes hide in a corner. What more could you want.

that was certainly an eventful spin... the highlight for me was the escapee from dundrum running around 3-rock with his hands handcuffed!!!!
fair play to dave for catching up with us, most of us would use 'forgetting our shoes' as a get out of jail free card!!!!!
haven't laught that much on a spin in AGES cheers gav/adam/al

That was a great spin really enjoyed it. Al's heroin filled jellies had us all buzzing, and nice way to finish it off with a sneaky pint in the blue light afterwards with some hilarious conversations. Nice one Gav we tried our best to vex you as the spin leader but it was water off a ducks back. You can't beat the Tuesday night spins.

Sorry i missed it guys especially the pint aft.Anyway heres my excuse had powercut yesterday so battery dident charge both my one and one for the lights.Sounds like good spin.
