Im heading out tonight all going well around 3 rock .
Leaving around the 645 mark... my legs a skinny so pace will be normal, desperately hold on to Ben or Bon ...
Nice one indeed . Great group. Shona , Mick , Alan , Ben ,me and Bon... we did a nice tour of 3 rock , it wasn't at its coldest but chillie enough. Usual trails up all official amd in the correct direction. The pace suited all . Then came the fun stuff . So worth while some sketchy moments . Surfer turfers fecked but I like the climb out and around . Until next week .
