I suspect that there is a few going road racing on Sunday but I'm going yo head out on the mtb
For something a little different I'm going to head to slade and do all of the single track then going to head up Seahan
Post if your coming please otherwise I might stay in bed for an extra hour.

Ha Ha , very good! After my race prep bottle of merlot, I got the days wrong, ok anyone going for a mtb spin tomorrow (I presume not).
