Steady pace very little stopping

Must have just missed you lads, it was a very last minute decision and ended up being late. Went for a quick rip up and over to tibradden,up cruagh and down river run. beautiful afternoon out there, too top it off there was no one on the mountain at all, got a clear run down the entire tibradden trail and river run, some trail that!
