Not sure where Mr McRoo is so in his absence a jaunt around 3 Rock, little bit of everything but nothing too hectic (first race at the weekend). Can make it 6.45 if it helps. All welcome but post if you're coming.

Starting to feel like summer with the long stretch in the evening. Was quite mild as well.
Enjoyed the spin, helped stretch our the legs after climbing mount errigal on Monday.
