Tuesday intervals - M50 underpass

I'm heading out early to get in the intervals (leaving at 5.15 as I have to be home early).

Anyone heading out later?

(Another week of dry weather and the Tuesday loop should be possible :-)

That was great lads
We all decided to go for a spin instead as it was a sunny, warm evening.
Alfie took us on trip around the Massys, Crugha ,Tribbaden and up over 3Rock.
Really enjoying riding the fullsuss at the moment so much so I thought I'd throw myself on the floor for a quick ladybug inspection, on the last trail down towards Wookie and then ride over a tree stump instead of going around it which worked quite well.

wow - amazing photos Ben - you could just imagine you were abroad on holidays! being on the bike in weather like this is unbeatable!
