Are we skipping the Bog of Death until it dries up,or are we swimming through it tomorrow??
I'm with Ben on this one - see you there.

For anyone who has not done these before it is a loop that takes about 2 - 2.30 hours to complete. Feel free to start earlier. Last year I was starting with Erica and Gary K around 6.00. This is the loop from last year https://www.strava.com/activities/172656126 (Thanks Andy). A few of these will do wonders for your fitness and overall endurance.

There is a slight change from last year regarding how you get onto the WW but you'll figure it out - basically, climb up the new trail (Euroskepic) and peal off right (near the top of the climb) as you cross through one of the clearing / fire break - if you start descending you have gone too far.

See you tomorrow...
All things going well I hope to set off 6.20ish

You'll be on your way up the Devil's Elbow or Fred's field when we are setting off!

Some laugh tonight
Thought I'd seen every type of nutrition used on spins even Doris and his tuna sambos,
But when Ben asked max if he'd like a satsuma I thought I was hearing things! then I knew I'd gotten the knock
When max started doing an impression of a London chimney sweep and Steo actually took up bens offer of a satsuma!
Anyway class spin people need to get out on these Tuesday loops defo next week anyway as Ben says he's bringing a fooking nest!!
