I'm helping out at the EWS on Sunday so need to get my fix tomorrow, anyone for a long 3-4h steady spin?

That was great craic - especially the part where we got lost in the gorse. Beautiful weather for xc from Lambs to Corrig; what more would you want?

More gorse! Thanks max, that was brill, some amount of slagging, hilarious! Lots of new trails, I particularly liked swan sandwich. That last climb was tough, but totally worth it. Despite the sun cream, I still have a stupid cyclist tan!

Nice one max. Great spin. Some trails I've never been on. The climb at the end was great training for Poland. Shame I forgot the sun cream on the arms. Have a few red bits now!

Good aul jaunt there today covering some new ground. Tough slog up seahaun
