Ah well, was really enjoying that while it lasted. Nice smash at the bottom of woops descent, slid out on gravel on the final big berm, only my left arm and pride is dented. That's what I get for thinking I can ride like those enduro feckers! Thanks Erica and Quentin for the initial diagnosis

Wife very kindly fixed it all up with no bolliking so will be good to go again soon

Great spin such a change from last week. I went down RocknRolla and Turny Furney for a change tonight. Great crack.

So much more enjoyable with the fine weather, even the bog of death was not too bad !!

Great night to be out. Set out at 18.30 and was caught by Ben and Alfie on the water bars. Managed to hold on to Alfie's wheel for about 20 seconds��. When I hit the road after Legends I headed for home. Great craic on the full sus heading down chisel and DT.

Lads that was brilliant, cycled over from home, left lambs at about 615 with Andy, Neville and Quentin. They took off up the road, Feckin flying, but Neville was flying a bit too much and had a pretty nasty crash, think he was more afraid of what the wife would say than the blood gushing out his arm :)
Wasn't sure what was the proper way to go on the way back so went up to the masts, down shizzle, was about to go down dream track when I met Ben and Alfie. The tail wind home was awesome

That Neville is a smart lad!

Great spin last night weather was perfect for a change even the bog was starting to dry out a bit
Myself and Ben stuck together with Ben dishing out the pain on the climbs and flying on the descents on the full suss
Bad luck Neville hopefully you'll be good to go again for next week

Tuesday spin 6.20 lambs

That was some night for it compared to last weeks wash out.
Super warm on the climbs and the wind in you hair on the decent.
Tough going when you've Alfie for company my legs were screaming going up through the Devils Elbow but we hung in there and the finish at Turny Furny was a welcome relief.

Great night in the bike can't believe more people don't get out this
