Sunday Enduro Style Spin - 9:30 Lambs

Gonna take the big bike out and do some of the knarlier tracks around 3 rock at a nice easy pace, session a few jumps and what not. I want to check out a few tracks I spotted last week that go down the front of the mountain and look savage. No idea where they go but should be fun. Likely to be 2.5-3 hours on the bike.

Myself and Niall lashed down some deadly trails today, starting off with a great new trail down the front which is a perfect enduro style trail, so much so that we had to finish the spin by doing it a second time! The place was in surprisingly good nick following all the rain, and we had nice sunshine for nearly the whole spin. So many great trails up there! Cheers Niall.

Sorry i couldnt make it. Im cycling to rosslare in a few weeks with some goobers and was out with them today. Omg if u think im slow.

No max. Thats not till september. Its a mates 50th and he wants to cycle to rosslare 140km. Every time i looked behind me today they were gone!!! Its going to be painful
