Hi All

I'm not doing the usual loop today, have a hurty knee after the long spin on Sunday so need to take it easy for a few days.

So if someone could run the spin that would be great, or just do your own thing.

All was going nicely until the three musketeers caught me and I was bullied into going with them but was well worth it in the end 👍

Super night out on bike with Colm Vinny and Quentin.
We did a lap of the NPS, up the Tarmac climb through Rock n Roller back around then down Stage 3 to finish off with
Bit wet in places but the rain fell off.

Fair play lads, I finished work at 7pm, so did a fast road spin around the hills.

Bit of an ad hoc spin around a soggy Threerock. Still good to get out. Thanks lads.
