Saturday Spin, Roundwood 9 am

Scarr Mountain! Road for a few kms to the wicklow way, then a 4.5 k climb of 450mtrs to the top of Scarr, down the far side to Lough Dan and home, something different, weather permitting. Will head to Ballinastoe if the weather is poor.

Sounds deadly but I've had another month off the bike and am probably the most unfit I've been since I joined Epic.
I know I will probably get slated for asking but...
How long will this spin be time wise ish?
Also is it a hard spin as I'm genuinely wondering if I would be able for it?
