Cycled up from home and met vinny at lambers. Had a great spin with the vin. Saw Kieran twice. Brilliant evening out there.

Well myself max Oisin and Paul cauldwell tore strips off each other for about an hour and forty minutes, no crack was had (except for when max binned himself!)
Looking forward to next week!
