Monday 18th Lambs 6:30

I'm going for a warm weather rip around 3 rock tonight, leaving lambs about 6:30 if anyone wants to join.

General jist of this spin is a steady tour of some vintage 3 rock trails as follows:
  • Aerials via stables
  • Schizzle
  • Toms
  • Eurosceptic
  • Metro 1/detour
  • Antidote/Antigravity/Cwak
  • Satellite / Loam / Wookie or a variation of finishing down at the bombhole
  • Climb back up via Spartacus
  • T-Connector / RnR / MAD course / Dogtown / Turney Furney / Finish


Aiming for a fairly steady pace (i.e. poor S3 level ), decent bit to get in by 8:30/9

Just me and my imaginary friends for this amazing spin! Its a super loop with something for everyone, even practiced some jumps for 10 mins or so. Oh and even finished with a pint in the Blue Light, had to for the evening that was in it.

I'll be doing this spin each Monday until the end of August, suits all levels and everyone welcome, particularly good if you haven't managed to get out over the weekend. Will try and bring the start time back by 10 mins or so each week in line with daylight.
