that was a brilliant spin, can't believe we covered so much ground! I nearly had a sleep after it. really tired!
thanks Caroline - the exploring and Alan's directions in the 'stoe were well worth it - had a real fun time - then coming back over to Djouce and hammering that was just fantastic too!

Brilliant spin, glad to see you back Glenn after what we put you through last week.
The trails were nice and dry which made the enduro trails in Balinastoe much better to ride than race day.

Harri, I was glad I didn't go back out with you for round two because I went on a hike on Sunday for 17 km and I was exhausted after it. Would have been dead altogether if I had overdone it on Saturday.

We missed our regular spinners this week.
