Well that was tough going - very rusty after a few weeks off the bike. Met Colm heading up and held on to him for a while. Lost contact with him after puncturing on the water bars. Ben, Colm, John and Chris caught me on Prince W and dropped me at the top. Made my way down BOCs very carefully (I was thinking of Quintan!). And then finished the loop before bumping into Steo on the road home. Great to be out all the same:-)

Great spin tonight, bit of pain, craic and over the bars (Ben). very enjoyable.

Jesus found it very tough there tonight trying to stay with the lads was dropped at prince willies. Then rode down from ravens like an absolute goober. Jesus that fire road in is shit up past freds field. So basically still haven't regained my fitness so I'm thinking the cooley triller is going to be torture but no doubt it ll be deadly at the same time. Meet Steo too at the shop too good to see him and even better to see him on the two wheeler. Thanks lads for coming was a lovely evening to be out on the bike.

Came down it a couple of weeks ago in the rain ... I've never been so manky in all the years I've mountain-biked!

Great spin last night lads thanks, serious pace with Ben going really strong and John flying as always. great to get some sunshine & to avoid the rain. See ye all in Carlingford on sat morning for some cool cooley action!!

Super night to be out on the bikes.
The pace was fast from the start and never really let up all the way round.
Haven't done the loop in a few weeks so good to get back into the swing of things.
Had a graceful over the bars just after BOC and landed in the ferns.
Well done to all that ventured out.
