Lovely evening for it. Didn't enjoy the fast start and then the spin got blown to bits.
Great too see McNipples and Phil back on the spin, they might even come back next week if it's a bit more relaxed!

Fantastic evening for it. Punctured on the water bars. Max and Vinnie kept me company and we spun down LDH, back through Fred's and finished on EWocks. Ran into Terry, Phill and Chris on the road back. See ye next week.
Really difficult to manage the pace of the spin when everybody is on the same page but when somebody (max power) is actively trying to disrupt what you are doing then it makes it even more difficult.
We had the same (pretty much) group out the last three spins and no issues nobody dropped.
If you don't want to keep up with the front max than you should sit last on the spin not in the middle deliberately causing big gaps to form and giving the people behind you too much to do..
You are strong enough to ride at the front or the rear no trouble.
It would be great to see you run a more relaxed pace spin maybe on a Wednesday evening.

Holy sh1t balls that was epic. Bit too hot for me tonight. Couldn't see the trail in that last bit of forest and got dropped. But I was bollixed at that stage so crashed and u were gone. Maybe a little bit slower now that race season is over
