it was cold alright..instead of my usual jaunt to GOD and Kindlesquiddily, i cycled to the Gym and ran for an hour and did 20 minutes running on the stair climber..sore legs and eyes fom running and ogling !!!!

Wait until you get back to hillrunning. Plenty of ogling potential there these days too!
