5.30 with me and Carol , civilized pace and we nearly don't need lights !!
and then 7.00
Now while this is for Savages only, theres no reason why non savages can't start.
You know where we are going and you know the trails.

The rest of you Sofa Pirates..you can faff around texting me that your hair dryer caught in your zip or your wife just had a baby, we'll still be pagan sexy gods while you grow fat and weak and only moderately tolerated by your friends and family. Yeah, we'll be the ones they're taking pictures of and writing magazine articles about while you are fumbling with the remote control trying not to miss the latest drama from Alan Titchmarsh, what is it this week ? Begonias and there many garden enemies !!
