Sunday spin ?

Not sure who is about with the cx and that but if your heading out sure post a spin and you will get company.

Was going to head out but I'm under the weather

Ill be out on the MTB tmrw morn Chris. Likely lambs at 9am/9.30am for steady 3 Rock/Leadmines if anyone's about (will finalise plans & post up later when the kids aren't hangin outta me). Happy to tag on to another spin if anyone else posts in the meantime.

Family stuff & lingering back niggle (post Firhouse CX) means I can't race the last Fixx CX round tmrw (bah!).

Loved that lads. Felt like I was starting to grow into the new Trance. That trail off the back of metro 2 was the highlight. Hyped!
