Heading to Ticknock with my son and one of his friends tomorrow. Very happy to have company, we are meeting at Biking.ie hut at 10.30am.

These are great little spins for younger teens, the guys are moving very well and mastering new techniques. Trails not too busy this morning, looking fairly crowded when we were finished. Big improvements all round, only one "gentle off", a bad angle on a very slippy root. Beautiful weather set to continue for the next few days, so will be heading again on Friday and Sunday mornings, we hope to go to Djouce and the Leadmines for the next two spins, will post tomorrow to confirm.

Fair play Brian organising teen spins great to have had young Michael out on Stephens day look forward to team Webber at club league this year my money is on Michael
