Poor Ben (and poor ben's bike). As for myself, thanks for hanging around for me. I found the night riding tough (managed to loose the trail a few times) and at one point I'm pretty sure I was bleading from the eyeballs but that's what you get for missing all the spins since September.

Yeah well done for hanging in Dave, a tough night to make your return!

Good Man Dave you will more from hanging on to a spin them running off the front. Bad luck on the bike but hope you can get it repaired. Jesus a tough one last night was all over the place on the trails and felt it was hard going on the uphills. Wrecked after it and still am now. Think its time to start training again. Cheers Lads
