We headed back up for a second loop before "housebound". I noticed Lawdies car was there when i was leaving, so you must have done a bit more. Michael is getting faster each week, mostly on the downhill. I keep reminding him you need to cycle up to come down, "not in bikepark Ireland"is the usual response.
