Thinking of doing the Tuesday loop the pain merchants rip , not sure of the exact route but sure I'll figure it out... .......post if interested.

Up the hill towards knockree 5km left turn and down to entry of forest on left about a k down hill. Along fire road and right down to river. Follow river over bridge to crone wood. Up to top of maulin. Left and down to viewpoint over waterfall. Right and down into valley, over bridge and up into djouce. Then section 5 and your sorted

Ohhhhh Sweet mother of im f****d.....class spin today it had loads of everthing you want from mtb.I definitely would of lost my way so thank you Terry Oz Andy and my mecanic was their just in case the bike decided to act up ......i cant believe the pain merchants do that on a Tuesday night spin.....im to tired to write the spin report ...it was just class......that would be a wonderful spin in the sunshine.....ye gotta love this shit....
