I'm so on for this hell again ! Was great spin last week , tough but very worthwhile doing. Heading out for the rugby now but shouldn't be going too wild, I'll post if can't make it.

The sunday break away group is growing, think there was over 10 out today, for a drizzley, windy, rainbow filled day! Thoroughly enjoyed that, I'm even starting to like the climbing! Terry hope you're OK after nearly falling off the side of the earth! Thanks all for the company, see you next week

Thanks Erica and crew for a great morning out on the bike, even the walkers were in great form, must have been the rainbows! Three weeks of the bike had me suffering on that evil climb up Maulin but its worth every bit of hardship once you get over the top. Thanks Gang.
