Long steady spin fron the shogue underpass out to ballinastoe with a few detours. Approx 90 km with 2800 m climbing. There'll be pitstops along the way to refuel but id recommend 2 bottles. Post if you're coming.

No bother. Was a good but hard spin. Perfect temperature as it wasn't as hot as previous days. The smell of the warm forest in djouce was amazing.
