do a really light spin today - 30 minutes of really easy spinning
do a few short, intense efforts on Thursday. if you are pre-riding the course then push yourself on a few of the climbs but take it handy everywhere else - this spin should focus on identifying lines
Day off on friday
Do a spin of roughly 45 mins on Sat with four sub-threshold intervals for 90 seconds and 3mins each. You can do these on the road but if you are around Djouce you can do them on the Hurt Locker climb and the Climb out of Double Trouble.
Time your warm up on Sunday so you get back to the start area with a bit of time to spare but keep moving right up to the point that you will be called up.

Nothing like a bit of science to ruin a good spin!
Hi guys, great spin again tonight, really enjoyed that, even if I did arrive home like a drowned rat 😜😜😜
