Re what sort of pace is this spin. I'd say steady enough but there would be no bleeding from the eyeballs. In fact, there was a suspicious amount of stopping and craic last week:-).

Nice one. Not been out in ages. Djouce is the business. The xc champs lap was a tough one, wouldn't have fancied that. Bit of step up compared to any NPS i did this year
