Great spin lads thanks. Mark, Colm, Niall and Doris and myself, Got around in beautiful conditions. I'm really enjoying djouce at the moment. I'm hoping to put a spin on every Thursday with a good mix of xc and enduro. Get on board the pace is for everyone.

Absalutly class spin , a lap of the national champs course first, I felt sick after the steep kicker on the last climp but then settled in and after that it was none stop Djouce magic .Roo wanted to get in as much singletrack as possible before it got dark , we did just that ......jumps humps and deadly singltrack and you will never feel lonely when Roo is at the helm always good chat and craic .....cheers lads loved that spin till next week.

I want to do my best on Thursdays... be in the best trails, most sheltered in bad weather.... And when it's dry, rip it up!
Going forward together let's quick chat during the week nail a destination and organise lifts if required, we can work together to get the best out of the Thursday if I can't be there Bon will. Team up folks and keep the spirit of a fun spins alive.
