Really enjoyed that Spin, thanks Ms Murphy for leading us around. On the last downhill bit, I heard a rock bang against my bottom bracket and then my back brakes were suddenly gone. Pulled over to check, the cable for the back brakes split like a banana.
It wasn't even a rough downhill section. Just shows you it can happen anywhere, anytime.
Got a wow burger in the square, tallaght on my way home. Wasn't that impressed. The patties are very thin and it was very chewy. Have to say the burgers in Just Wing It a few doors up are much better. Thick and juicy. Try the burger called "Lucy's a jerk", it's amazing. And their sweet potato fries are awesome too.
