Guided tour of 3 Rock, Tick nock and the surrounds.

I´ll be there, very interested in climbing if the route is open to suggestions and comments.

Hope to make it. Have to drop Marley off at the kennels in Dunboyne for 8am first.

I'll hand out suggestion cards at the end of the spin, you can fill these out and drop them into Expert Cycles where i'll collect them in the new year.

I haven't been out for a while so I plan to return tomorrow.

Won't make it doing cyclocross on my old old old Trance just for the crack. Hope to be bak to Saturdays next weekend. Have a great time !

what a spin! Juan rang ahead and asked for some home-town conditions - so, we got sun, dust, and the grippiest roots I've ever ridden, started out from Lambes up past the goat, then old mad trail past turny ferny (which is more fern now than trail) then over to romper - where Andy Enduro XC Kulhavy showed us how to ride like some one had set him alight, then up, up, up past Toms and on to MAD XC over to burnt forest, where we rode like total Trojans na'er a foot touched soil we just ripped through like a small child tearing the pages from your favorite novel! then more climbs were requested - with that up the tractor trail to do some enduro sling shots Andy took a few U-turns to make us work like we were in a Polish stage race. hurt locker sh1t. Still we knew it was for out betterment, then on to some more enduro stuff, then across to t-connector and Pin Ball - hilarious fun, Juan left at this point as he wanted to tear over to Tibradden and tibet.

from here we were buzzing for some jumps so we went across to Ewoks - however, aghast, tis no more, totally felled . . . we paused then on to the top of aggro where we let fly and forgot all our worries and then to dream track where we got shredded by the briers, but we won as we were all buzzin' and totally flaked!

nice fast spin, minimal stops, lots of blood from Dave's knee. Andy is the man, Juan loves hills, and Rory will ride anything.

I'm telling you now folks, it's dry and hot up there- get up there before the sun is out it's pure heaven!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like I missed a good one. Had Terry's spin from last Saturday saved on my Garmin so decided to do that again. It's some route. Definitely would have got lost without the garmin. Best toy I've had so far.

That was a great spin today. I was a bit unlucky taking a tumble on the first bit of the trail so early into the spin. Well that’s mountain biking, I guess. The trails were nice and dry, the weather was fantastic and we had a great crew out today. Good job by John planning the route. See you all next week.

That was a great spin - probably exactly what I needed to get the fitness back to where it should be. Lots of climbing and fun descents of all sorts - loved the Enduro stuff! Good crew out and weather perfect.
Such a pity to see Ewoks etc gone :( Still there is plenty of other fun trails. Loved Dreamtrack - it's such a great way to finish. Thanks all

thanks Harri, great spin and great report. Tibet? Sounds really interesting, maybe I will give a try after Sierra Nevada. I love hills and I love mountains.
