Good pace. No one dropped. Lots of laughs talking about your feelings... From merry ploughboy to masseys, cruagh, Swan sandwich, tribradden and clem fandango to hazel cafe across to killmashough Lane up the climb to the walker trail with water breaks, down wokka wokkas to legends xc or down hill. Hit the road back to merry ploughboy to pick up cars. Hope that's OK. Nice training spin. I remember doing spin with Richie like this. He's been on my mind so I thought this would be nice.
