Ben did exactly what he said he would; tour of the Leadmines, relaxing pace and flapjacks. The new road up there is for a film set and there were a couple of “Security guards” minding the place (two lads sitting in a car with a slab of Coca-Cola on the roof). One of them told us the programs they were filming but Caroline misheard Vikings and got excited when she thought they were looking for extras for Bikings. He told us again about the programs they were filming there; he must have forgot he told us already. They weren’t there when we passed by later. They must have got the munchies.
Up and around the surprisingly dry trails. Had an over the bars moment coming down Katie’s but it’s fine; the bike’s ok.

Jesus christ all the calories i burnt off i immediately but back on after been dished out the organic oats flapjacks 3million calories in one bite, i didnt have to have dinner when i got home...i think Ben is trying to fatten us up so he can eat us.....the sweatmines is one hell of a workout .....great spin lads till next time thanks Ben and crew deadly spin

Thanks lads great spin with me constantly on the go trying to chase you. Really enjoyed it. I also misheard that Ben had bought flapjacks so was a nice yummy surprise when they appeared.

Can't believe how dry the place is at the moment, unbelievable riding.
Glad to here the bike is ok Colm tou wouldn't want to be getting a scratch on it.
