While Erica was off learning about the birds and the bees we had a super dry spin around the Rock. Rafal plotted a route with an abundance of climbing. Legs are sore now. Along the way Alan tied some knots in his spokes, and I learned all about MySQL Thanks guys for guiding me around, especially the spooky trail.

Good spin last night guys, spooky trail at night is awesome. Alan just in case you need new wheels after yesterday look for Industry Nine spokes actually last in them and Alfie can get them for you

Thanks Rafal for a cool loop. Hopefully we didn't bore you too much Keith talking about MySQL :-) Glad you enjoyed the spin and the spooky trail. We should do a halloween special spin and have people hiding down there with masks to jump out at people and scare the sh1t out of them. Max is good at that and I would enjoy screaming at the top of my lungs in German at people while dressed up as a German Sheppard dog in lederhosen :-)

It was probably because I had too much air in my back tyre that I was banging off rocks very hard last Saturday on the water bars and then again yesterday. Hopefully I don't need a new wheel just yet.

Alan - everyone needs new wheels - you now have an excuse!
